We are looking for an experienced Senior Unity Gameplay Programmer to join the team working on the upcoming title Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge. As a Senior Programmer, you will work closely with the Lead Designer and Art Director to make the game vision a reality.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement high-quality game features and systems in a multiplayer environment.
  • Lead the design of the code architecture for major new features.
  • Assist the development process by contributing suggestions for improvements and by driving the quality of code throughout production.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable code.
  • Test, debug and document code.
  • Partner with art, design, and production teams to ensure that goals and schedules are compatible with business and project needs.
  • Identify process and application bottlenecks, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience as a programmer for high quality PC, mobile or console games.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related area.
  • In-depth knowledge of Unity and excellent C# skills.
  • Familiarity with the Warhammer 40,000 universe and ‘Warhammer The Horus Heresy: Legions’ game.
  • Experience with live games, developing new content and features for published games with an active player base.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer to join our team for the development of our new project Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge. As a Senior Designer, you will define, maintain, and develop the creative vision and player’s experience of the game from scratch.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for overall game design including core game, features and live ops, which will improve the user experience, engagement and retention.
  • Plan, design and execute a roadmap of time-limited in-game activities.
  • Analyze the evolution of the game metrics in order to detect improvement points and come to actionable conclusions that can be translated into design solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years professional experience as a designer for high quality PC, mobile or console games, having experienced the whole cycle of development from concept to release.
  • Excellent understanding of game system design and how to document everything and bring it to life.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX artist to join the team working on the upcoming title Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge. As a UI/UX artist, you will define, integrate and animate all UI elements and menus in our games.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Produce mockups, prototypes and final assets following the design requirements and UI art style of the project.
  • Work closely and iterate with other artists and designers to create polished final assets.
  • Make sure that the information depicted in the game UI is clear, consistent, and usable throughout all platforms and devices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience as a UI/UX artist for high quality PC, mobile or console games.
  • Throughout understanding of UI, UI-Flow, UX and how to bring it to life with Unity Engine. 
  • Proficiency in Photoshop.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of games marketing and publishing to develop and drive the marketing strategy for the new exciting and ambitious project Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for selecting the best go-to-market methods, developing the marketing plan and working closely with the development and user-acquisition teams to meet the marketing targets. You will ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the product branding and coordinate the publishing activities for the games.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create the marketing plan for each game, coordinating with the development team to understand the core value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Perform competitors research to gain market insights and identify new opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate and assist in the production of publishing materials: store assets, press releases, marketing creatives, community outreach programs, etc.
  • Liaise with store representatives, press outlets and other external stakeholders to keep them informed about the games’ characteristics and development roadmap.
  • Plan, design and execute an ASO improvement roadmap for each game.
  • Analyze performance of marketing efforts regularly and identify opportunities to improve the marketing plan.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of games marketing strategy, planning and execution with a results-oriented approach. The ability to create a vision of a product, translate it into a coherent strategy and develop an actionable marketing plan.
  • Broad knowledge of the PC and mobile games marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience working with game development teams and a strong understanding of the development cycle.
  • Experience in ASO and mobile User Acquisition.

We are looking for a talented ASO Manager to join our team and lead our App Store Optimization strategy. As a core member of our Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with the Product and User Acquisition team to measure the performance of the ASO campaigns and their impact on the conversion funnel.
