The first Reinforcement Drop lands in Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge

New year, new content. Get ready for the first of the many Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge content releases planned for 2024! Scheduled for debut on February 1st, ‘Leviathan Reinforcement Drop: Terror of Vardenghast’ will elevate the Tyranid gameplay by expanding the existing Hive Fleet Leviathan card collection with a set of brand new cards. This is just the beginning, as more Reinforcement Drops are planned for existing factions, and larger content expansions will introduce entirely new factions throughout the year.

This Reinforcement Drop features cards inspired by the latest Warhammer 40,000 miniatures, including the formidable Winged Tyranid Prime known as the ‘Terror of Vardenghast.’ As the new Warlord leading the renewed Tyranid invasion, the Terror of Vardenghast brings brutal flying assaults to the battlefield. Alongside this fearsome Warlord, players can deploy powerful units such as the Neurotyrant and the massive Norn Emissary. Whether you’re a Tyranid enthusiast or a seasoned player, this expansion offers a strategic edge and an exciting addition to your collection.

The Leviathan Reinforcement Drop is just the beginning. Everguild has more Reinforcement Drops planned for existing factions, and larger content expansions will introduce entirely new factions throughout the year. These smaller content drops aim to enhance existing factions by introducing a new Warlord and approximately 10 cards, crafted to complement the faction’s playstyle or open up new deck archetypes.
